Guided Imagery

Some benefits of guided imagery include:
Improved sleep
Reduced feelings of stress
Decrease in pain
Reduced depression and anxiety
Lower blood pressure
Better sense of control and well-being

Non- Medical Hypnosis

Using the power of your imagination, non-medical hypnosis is designed to help you learn to relax, tap into your inner potential, promote resilience, strengthen and sustain your overall wellbeing.

Non-therapeutic hypnosis, also known as hypnocounseling, is a type of hypnosis that can be used to address non-medical issues. It can help with a variety of goals, including:
Improving self-esteem
Finding inner peace
Sleeping better
Stopping unwanted behaviors
Developing self-confidence and self-trust
Enhancing creativity, artistic, and scholastic endeavors
Increasing motivation in employment, the workplace, and in sports activities
During non-therapeutic hypnosis, a client is guided through visualizations or imagery to reconnect with their inner resources. The client is in a relaxed state of receptivity, where they are able to communicate with their subconscious mind. The client is only guided to do and experience things that they want to do and that are in line with their core values.
Hypnosis is different from hypnotherapy, which is the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool from a licensed practitioner.

While hypnotherapy and guided meditation are similar and can both offer health benefits, they are not equivalent and cannot be substituted as

we do not offer clinical hypnotherapy.
